Michael K. McCabe, Chief Executive Officer

 

Michael McCabe is the founding principal of the Trinity Advisors Group, which includes Trinity Investment Advisors, Trinity Retirement Planning,and Trinity Benefits, companies all founded to provide complete solutions for individuals and companies. Michael helps businessowners, professional and their families to solve problems and make wise choices as it pertains to managin wealth and building their legacy. Specializing in Investment Management, Michael is a consultant to various business partners such as accountants, attorneys, banking and insurance professionals called upon to advise their clientele. Michael's collaboration brings clarity and continuity to the planning process creating a clear and simple path clients understand.

Michael understands the family and business issues affecting a professional career and retirement, and uses his 14 years of industry knowledge to provide his clients with superior wealth management. Michael holds the following NASD licenses: Series 6, 7, 63 and 65.

He has spoken before major corporations such as Mercedes Benz USA, Fannie Mae, and Sanofi Synthelabo in the areas of investment and retirement planning. He frequently participates in investment panels at Morningstar and The Frank Russell Company and has been published in the Frank Russell Company's Ei Magazine. He has provided expert commentary and been quoted in articles that have appeared in publications such as Registered Representative and Financial Advisor.

Michael is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Counsel. He serves on the Board of the American Ireland Fund, and is active in his community. Michael is a 1987 graduate of Villanova University's School of Commerce and Finance.

 
 

Bradley H.K. Cooper, Esquire, President

Mr. Cooper has been practicing law for over 14 years. He has extensive experience representing and advising companies on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private finance, growth, and corporate affiliations. Mr. Cooper is a graduate of Temple Law School, Magna Cum Laude, where he was a member of Temple Law Review. In 2002, Mr. Cooper left Dechert, LLP, one of the largest international law firms headquartered in Philadelphia, to form the law firm of Cooper, Bushelli & Morrison, LLC.Today, Cooper, Bushelli & Morrison, LLC represents clients throughout the United States, and has earned a solid reputation among clients for competent, ethical and result-oriented representation. Cooper, Bushelli & Morrison is also the principal legal advisor to the largest Native Hawaiian Organization, The Hana Group, Inc. Prior to graduating from Temple Law School, Mr. Cooper worked for Frank E. Basil, Inc., as a Project Force Stationed at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. At Hanscom, Mr. Cooper served as a Contract Negotiator for the Air Force and became a warranted Contracting Officer. In additional to his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Cooper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrial Engineering.

Mr. Cooper proudly serves as a director for Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc., a nonprofit corporation dedicated to leadership education for Asians and Pacific Islanders. Mr. Cooper also serves as pro-bono counsel for a number of other nonprofit companies, including International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Inc., Nationalities Services Center, Inc. and the Pacific American Foundation.

 
 
Rahmeen Underwood, Chief Marketing Officer
 

Born and raised in Queens , New York , Rahmeen Underwood attended Springfield Gardens High School before moving to Texas to play basketball for Heritage Christian Academy . There, Mr. Underwood received Top 50 Big Men in the state of Texas as well as was a member of the All First-Team Class A. After graduating from Ryan High School in 1996, Mr. Underwood accepted a full scholarship to Texas Southern University.

After playing basketball for four years with the Tigers, he finished a degree in Sociology with a focus in Business and went on to pursue his dreams in the National Basketball Association. Since 2002, Mr. Underwood has become an expert in NBA player relations, financial management and investments, and implementing marketing strategies. He has proven his knowledge and success through creating and executing annual business plans.

   
 
Demondi Johnson, Director of Player Relations
 

Born and raised in Niagara Falls, New York, Demondi Johnson attended Niagara Falls High School where he played basketball as a 4 year starter and holds single season record as the all time assist leader. There he was named Class A all-tournament team in his junior season. After graduating from Niagara Falls High School in 2002, Demondi received a full scholarship to Gannon University.

During his career with the Golden Knights, Demondi was a 3 year starter, and placed in the top 10 all time in assists. Mr. Johnson graduated with a Bachelors degree in Social Work in 2006. After two years, Demondi moved to Minnesota and is now pursuing a career as a insurance agent and Financial Advisor. Demondi specializes in life insurance and is currently pursuing his Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.

Demondi understands the importance of proper financial management and protecting wealth. He also understands the importance of building relationships through trust, knowledge and experience. He has always had a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. He now plans to carry his passion and the mission of ProLegacy Advisors into the lives of the professional athlete.

 
 
Michael Rogers
 

Mike Rogers specializes in tax and estate planning for individuals, and tax and general business planning for professional athletes and business clients. He has been assisting high income and high net worth individuals achieve their long term goals through carefully devised strategies that capitalize on tax minimization techniques, consistent with their lifestyle preferences and business needs. Mike is acutely aware that a professional athlete's career may not last forever, and that decisions made early in a career can provide a lifetime of benefits.

Mike has presented many seminars to audiences of attorneys, CPA's and other financial service professionals on the topics of Estate, Business and Tax Planning, as an "Advisor to the Advisors". For many years, he was the editor of Assets, a bimonthly estate planning newsletter, and a co-editor of the Estate Planning Strategies column of the Journal of Financial Service Professionals.

Formerly, he was Vice President and Senior Tax Manager for Butcher and Company, a regional investment banking firm. He was also a member of the tax department of Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young, LLP). He is currently the head of the Trusts and Estates Department of the law firm of Salvo Landau Gruen & Rogers in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

Mike is a graduate of Temple University School of Law who holds Juris Doctor, and Master of Laws (Taxation) degrees. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from Drexel University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Pennsylvania), and he is also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

Mike is currently a Director of the Montgomery Bar Association, is a member of the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, and is the Treasurer of the Montgomery Bar Association Political Action Committee.

   
 
Timothy Wierman
 
Mr. Wierman is a nationally recognized sports nutritionist. Through his experiences as an athlete and nutritionist, Mr. Wierman has developed a nationally recognized sports nutrition program that enhances the capabilities of athletes. Mr. Wierman has competed in over 55 triatholons and is an Iron Man Finisher.
